With Kenyans imports mainly being Crude petroleum, Chemicals, Manufacted good, Machinery and transportation equipment with the largest trading partner of Kenya being China at more than 22% of the imports being from China. This has made Kenya a deposit of secondhand products and materials which are of a cheaper quality and a lasting period. Thus Kenya should be independent on the exportation of products from Kenya. In October, Kenyan fish traders counted losses when the row between Kampala and Nairobi over impounded goods persists and restriction. As the Ugandan Fisheries Protection Unit officials confiscated five Kenyan trucks transporting fish to the Democratic Republic of Congo due to the standoff. By. Aggrey Karani  Shame, stigma and misinformation around periods in our society stop young girls and women from talking about it openly leaving them vulnerable to gender based violence. Forty-two percent of women have experienced period-shaming, with one in five being made to have these feelings because of comments made by a male friends and now their fellow women. The remarks by senator Enoch Wambua are not acceptable not only to the fellow Senator but to the whole girl community who face stigmatization due to periods. It is inappropriate to treat a fellow woman in such a manner. “As a woman and a Senator, I find it very uncomfortable, very inappropriate, for our colleague Senator Gloria to step in and you don’t understand if she’s on the normal woman cycle or it is faking it, and it is so indecent. It disturbs me, as a woman, on what we indicate out there to our younger generation that looks upon us on how we dress, as leaders, in this House. There is a better way to bring this...
