END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN NOW!!

This is an annual celebration that is held every 25th November each year to eliminate violence against women. With this year's Challenges mostly being the covid 19 which has led to the unprecedented lockdown in Kenya and the world which has led to increased cases of domestic violence. Thus this day is the day the girls and women push for the end on violence against women. With this year's theme being an Orange world to end Violence against women now, and the orange colour used to represent a brighter future free of violence against women and girls. This gender based violence must be prevented and it starts with adopting comprehensive and inclusive approaches to take the root cause, transform harmful and even social norms with aim to empower the women and girls to fight for their rights. This declaration of the elimination of violence against women was issued by the United Nation General Assembly in 1993 thus this will be it's 28th anniversary and as UN defines it as any act...

US lifts sanctions against Burundi after six years

INTERNATIONAL TOLERANCE DAY

The international tolerance day is celebrated every 16th of November each year to celebrate and raise awareness of the principles of tolerance. Since its inception by the United Nations, the goal has been to strengthen tolerance by fostering mutual understanding among communities and people. This day is also named by the UNESCO in 1994 during the marking of 125th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi's birth. This being 27years since its inception the theme of this year is respect, acceptance, and appreciation of rich diversity of our worlds culture, the forms we express and ways we as humans alone are. WHAT REALLY CAUSES BURNING OF SCHOOLS?

With more than 100 schools in Kenya being burnt down this year with all the questions going to the students, the reasons behind this is still unclear. Some of the questions still in Kenyans minds are, is our curriculum system the problem, is their intesend learning schools, or the pressure of teachers finishing syllabus more, or do they generally want to get fame and get treanding all over the place in twitter and social media pages. Even it could also be the crackdown on exam cheating an the reforms in the education sector . With more than 6000 students sent home most recently being Maranda boys high school, and its still how a big school like that gets burnt down with no main aim, we need to talk to our and help them change their altitude, with them seeing no consequences makes them take this action and the government needs to act faster as the parents don't burn schools and they should not be crucified for their childrens mistakes. Women are powerful agents of peace, change and the far reaching benefits of the gender leadership and decision making. With the UN coming in to help young women in leadership and entrepreneurship. With this empowerment to young women, they break isolation, build solidarity and strengthen movements that challenge the prevalent social, economic and political barriers. With 133 countries consisting of 2.18 million people having 36% of women being elected as leaders it's a good improvement as the CEOs position has also rised to 2% in the last years. How to identify Serial killers

As by the Federal Bureau of Investigation a serial killer is a person who kills more than one victim in more than one location in a very short period of time.With about 65,000 serial killings each year, the US has over 3000 serial killers and over 10000 victims with them being age 20-29 having a percentage of 27% and followed by age 10-19 with 18%. INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST VIOLENCE AND BULLYING AT SCHOOL

School bulling and violence is widespread and affects a significant number of children and adolescent. With UNESCO member states making 1st Thursday of the November as international day against violence and bullying at school, cyber bulling being one of them. The theme for yesterday was Tackling cyber bulling and other forms of online violence involving children and adolescent.
